ST for GST is the culmination of thirty year’s work in the flexibility/movement field, and the suggestions and refinements of tens of thousands of students and teachers. The programs are perfect for anyone involved in dance, GST, the pole world, martial arts—in fact any activity where superior flexibility (active and passive) is necessary, but so often missing.

This two-day, all-experiential, workshop is purpose-designed for all men and women involved in dance, GST, martial arts, the pole world, free-runners, and Parkour practitioners—in fact it is for anyone involved in any activity where superior active and passive flexibility is necessary—but is so often missing. We will present soloand partner versions of most exercises. We will cover all necessary partial poses, progressions, limbering elements, and associated techniques (like fascial releases) to be able to do: •pike •pancake •full squat •full back bend (the bridge) •shoulder extension, and flexion •full hip mobility.
